Missing, mispicked, defective, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Any damages caused by mistreatment or misuse of product will not be accepted.

Returns for undamaged products may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must include all parts and must be returned in original, sealed packaging. (WE WILL NOT RETURN OPEN BOXES)

A return label will be provided by your sales representative for mispicked, defective and damaged products. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis senario. Store credit will only be given once the items are received and approved.
